 Hotel Guidelines to Book the Doubletree IAH

• 2-night minimum stay that covers Friday/Saturday nights.: You may book more nights arriving before the event and or staying after the event. 
• 1 night deposit is required. 
• No refunds after 10-01-2024. The guest is responsible for any additional nights at check-in as well as incidentals. 
• Sheraton Hotel will have a large group floor room block. It is available for 1 night-only reservations and or all nights of the event. 

You DO NOT have to be a member of DesirousParty.com to attend the Halloween Erotica Ball. However, you must be a couple or a single female to attend the party. Gentlemen, grab a date.  21+ only.

• 3 pm- 1:30 am- Damn Virgins Stage Opens
• 5 pm- 2 am- Event Wristbands may be picked up in Lobby. 
• 8:30 pm-2 am Netherworld Foyer Bars Opens
• 9 pm-2 am - Halloween Spook Easy Bar Opens- End of Foyer past Grand Ballroom
• 9 pm-2 am- Dirty Vibes Immersion Photo Area Opens
• 9 pm-3 am- Freak Show- A uniquely different night. The carnival brings out the side tents of entertainment. A night to express yourself with creativity. Make it sexy, make it scary, make it you. The perfect night to let your inner artist make a statement about Freak Show. Two nights of Halloween fun.

Saturday- October 26th

• Noon- 2 am- 747 Lounge Bar Opens
• Noon-2:30 am- Damn Virgins Stage Opens
• 1 pm- Event Wristbands may be picked up in Lobby
• 8:30-2 am- Netherworld Foyer Bar Opens.
• 8:30 pm -2 am - Halloween Spook Easy Bar Open- End of foyer past Grand Ballroom
• 9 pm- 3 am- Grand Ballroom and Dirty Vibes Room Opens

The perfect night to let the makeup artist make a statement of FreakShow as well as the tape artist.

Just so you know, Minimal song requests are accepted. The DJ has to transition from one genre to another trying to match BPM and if your request does not match his current set. Then it could be a short while before they can work it into their mixes. Multiple requests make it virtually impossible to build the energy and it's like selecting songs from a jukebox as it's all over the place. We want to give everyone a great experience, ambiance, and vibe. Thank you for understanding and the DJ will watch the dance floor to make sure that people are dancing as the party progresses.
